After many trials and sad taste buds, I have finally concocted the best, fluffiest and absolutely fattest gluten free pancake recipe for Aishah – even Khadija and I love it!!! 😋
Knowing that a few of my friends are Gluten intolerant I simply HAD to share her recipe !! I hope that you will enjoy it as much as Amanda’s little ones did =D
She did add that the recipe is a bit sticky so be mindful of that and trust the mix 😛
Sift 1.5 cups gf plain flour, 1.5 tsp baking powder, 3 tsp sugar and 1/2 tsp salt into a bowl. Make a well in the middle and add 1 and 1/4 cups milk, 1 egg, 1 tsp vanilla (I also added a blob of rice malt syrup).
Whisk together then cook in 1/4 cup batches.
(Adjust the sweetness to your liking). Enjoy xo
